For makeup, arrive with a clean face free of makeup. I’ll do your skincare routine for you. For hair, either get a blowout the day prior or give yourself one the night prior. I recommend scheduling your wedding trial around 4-8 weeks before your wedding date. Changes in your makeup from trial day to wedding day are expected + welcomed! But booking 3+ months in advance may lead to changes that are influenced by trends.

I also recommend we book it before 12 PM so you can test drive the makeup all day + you can see how it looks in selfies. Pro tip: plan a date night!

For weekdays, I don’t but yes for weekends! All weekends during peak seasons are reserved for brides. During those weekends, Friday through Sunday weddings require a minimum investment equivalent to The Bespoke Experience.

This is a great question! Yes, it's important that you love your makeup in-person but understanding your photographer's editing style is key to knowing how your makeup will read on camera:

• A light + airy style will make the makeup look dramatically softer

• A sepia/desert look means the makeup will shift warmer on camera

• A bold, high contrast style will make makeup appear more dramatic

• A classic style with little presets means the makeup will photograph true to eye

Sharing this info with me will ensure you love your makeup not only IRL but also in the memories you will have forever. P.S. My soft glam style IS NOT a "no makeup-makeup" look! This isn't your everyday makeup--it needs to show up on camera!

• I do upon request for my Special Occasion appointments! Currently, I only offer soft waves in a down style.

• While I have yet to offer personal hair services for my brides, I have a team of experienced hairstylists who I trust to make any style come to life. Just mention it in your inquiry!

Hygiene is of the utmost importance! Rest assured all brushes, makeup, and skincare products are clean + ready to use upon arrival:

• I gift each guest/client their personal makeup sponge + powder puff that I use during their service.

• I use clean brushes for each guest during their makeup application. I don't reuse brushes in-between clients. All brushes + tools arrive sanitized, and are washed as soon as I get home.

• All makeup products are sprayed with 70% alcohol before + after each use to kill bacteria + germs.

• All loose powders are depotted into bottles + dispensed onto a tissue to avoid direct contact with a makeup brush or sponge, therefore eliminating cross contamination.

• I never ever double dip! Disposable applicators are used for any tubs, mascara, gel liner, + lips. Creams + liquids are always dispensed onto a sanitized palette + scooped up with a clean spatula. And each wand is disposed of once used.

• Between clients, I spray 70% rubbing alcohol on my reusable supplies (i.e., Makeup, chair, etc.).

• I sanitize my hands before, during, + after each client with 70% alcohol.

• I only use the products I bring because I’m being paid to give you long-wearing makeup + I trust my products to deliver on that! More importantly, I know they're sanitized.

Once we get our contract signed + the 25% retainer submitted, we're locked in! The remaining 75% is due 3 days prior in three 25% installments. All payments are handled electronically through Honeybook (credit, debit, or ACH bank transfer) with no added fees. Services are only considered booked with a signed contract from both parties + the 25% retainer.

• On-site services include complimentary travel within a 50-mile radius of 22042.

• For locations 50.1+ miles, a travel fee of $2 per mile will apply (accounts for round-trip travel).

• For locations 75+ miles one-way from 22042, a minimum travel fee of $150 will apply.

  • Requests must be approved in advance + are subject to availability.

• For locations 100+ miles one-way from 22042:

  • Travel is limited to bridal or group bookings with a minimum service total of $2,000.

  • Overnight accommodations are required + is the financial responsibility of the client.

• Additional fees include parking, valet, or toll fees will be billed to you or your room, or must be paid day-of in cash, Zelle, or Venmo.

• Any service with a start time before 7 AM will come with a $50/hour fee.

Life happens + I get that. I also need to protect myself + my business in these moments. Just a friendly reminder that my retainer is non-refundable + non-transferrable. Because of that, any cancellation prior to your date will not result in a refund for any payment made up until that point.

• If a cancellation occurs within 30 days of your booked date, a cancellation fee of 25% of the remaining total outlined in our contract is due.

• In the event you need to reschedule, no biggie! I allow one reschedule per booking, pending my availability. If a second reschedule is requested, a 15% rescheduling fee will apply (also subject to availability). Otherwise, the cancellation policy above will apply.
